Where reasonably practicable we relocated them to the adjacent verges, and we’re very happy to note their return. Snowdrops represent some of the first signs of returning life after the winter and as the Sun gains strength they are a welcome promise of warmer times to come.

Today we are very pleased to upload the scale of charges and the rules and regulations for our burial ground. Further minor changes may take place between now and the opening, but in general these documents are finalised.

One of the features we wanted to embed into our burial ground was a Wild Service Tree.

Requested by South Gloucestershire County Council as part of the landscape plan, it is a relatively rare native tree, with white flowers in the spring and red berries in the autumn, when the normally green leaves also go a delightful russet red.

The tree was purchased and planted through The Druid Network’s tree planting fund.
